| BMW test drives are always a thrill and getting to know customers better is important to me so that I help guide them through their selection process. | |
| A new BMW owner needs to consider other than payments, vehicle safety as a major aspect of their selection decision in my opinion. | |
| I'm not pushy. I intently listen to my customers first, and guide them through the process of getting their BMW. | |
| My job is to guide customers who aren't sure and help them understand that the sales process isn't the end of the relationship... that we continue to serve to customer for the life of their relationship with BMW of Bloomfield. |
